So how does the DRx SpectraLite Pro stay on our face?
Using the ultra-hygienic silicone strap.
Getting the mask situated is very easy. Here are the steps we used:
- Grab the strap with one hand and the bottom of the mask with your other hand
- Pull the strap outwards to create space for your head to fit in
- Bring the strap and mask over your head then place the device comfortably over your face. Make sure the mask is snug and the strap is just above your ears
With the strap, the SpectraLite Pro will be tightly fitted over your face. This way the light rays can go straight onto your face and penetrate deep into your skin.
Automatic Shut Off

How Often Should You Use The Dr Dennis Gross LED Mask?
According to our board certified dermatologist, you need to use red and blue light therapy for approximately 6 to 8 sessions before you can see noticeable results.
So what does this mean for us? How often should we use it per week?
Depending on what else you are doing for your skin, we saw the best results when we used the SpectraLite FaceWare Pro 2 to 3 times a week. After about 2 weeks we noticed some solid improvements in our skin.
What we saw was visible firmness, less wrinkles, and less inflammation. This is all thanks to the red and blue LED lights.
How Do You Use Dr Dennis Gross SpectraLite FaceWare Pro?
As mentioned before, the process to use the DRx SpectraLite FaceWare Pro was extremely easy.
Once you have the LED light therapy mask fully charged (2 to 4 hours), you are ready to go.
Here are the main steps you want to take for treatment.
- Hold the securing strap and LED mask, fit over and onto your face
- Adjust the mask to make sure the FaceWare Pro is perfectly snug and reasonably tight
- Turn on on the LED mask for treatment and then wait until the 3 minute shut off
